Stop and Go Arm

The Stop & Go Arm was conceived when a weigh station operator in Louisiana spotted one of our Extended Stop Arms on a school bus! They decided to order some to help control traffic at their Fracking Sand site.  We built it and the Stop And Go Arm was born.

• The new Stop & Go Arm is an industrial traffic control system to keep your facility safe.
• Truckers get distracted and tired. Our Stop & Go arm is designed to put a flashing stop sign directly in front of driver’s vision in order to alert them. It is equipped with a 24″ sign with 3M Diamond Grade retroreflective coating and super bright LED lamps. This keeps tired truckers awake and aware that they should not enter or leave the zone.
• They are equipped with electric actuators tested for 500,000 opens and -40 degree weather. Massively overbuilt hinges deal with harsh environments. They are remotely operated from your control tower or weigh station.
• Our customers have found that these arms are much more effective than red-green lamps on posts or bar gates that are low to the ground. With the Stop & Go, you can mount it high and in the direct view of the truck driver.
• Our arms were originally built to mount on school buses and they can handle the harsh environment and hundreds of thousands of activations.
